A forum retreat starts with the group
A small forum may want uninterrupted time together, a private meeting setting and a few shared experiences. A chapter gathering may need a broader program for members and companions. We begin with the purpose, group size and preferred balance of structured time and time away.
Destination, venue and travel logistics
Consider flight access, transfer times, meeting space, room preferences and the overall trip investment together. We help coordinate the destination, accommodations, transportation, dining and local activities around the agreed brief.
Personal travel before or after the retreat
Members and families can extend a gathering with a tailored vacation, guided touring or an ocean or river cruise. These arrangements are considered separately around each traveler’s preferences and the group schedule.

Can you help with both forum and chapter travel?
Yes. Go Tour Luxe plans forum, chapter, president and board retreats as well as personal luxury travel. The scope of event planning and travel coordination is agreed for each group.
Is this an official YPO travel program?
No. Go Tour Luxe provides independent travel and event-planning services for YPO and YPO Gold members. It is not directly affiliated with or endorsed by YPO or YPO Gold.
